Terms of service

The agreement outlines the terms and expectations for services provided by Praise Pumpkins to it's customers.

  1. Services:  Fall porch, delivery and display design.
  2. Payment terms:  Full payment required at time of order.
  3. Liability: Praise Pumpkins is not responsible for damage due to weather conditions.  Due to the seasonal and custom nature of our displays, all sales are final.  If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email hello@praisepumpkins.com.
  4. Risk: Inherent in Fall porch decorations of lifting or tripping.
  5. Release:  I release Praise Pumpkins from liability for any injury or loss.
  6. I grant Praise Pumpkins permission to use photographs of my porch display for promotional purposes; including social media, website and printed marketing materials.
  7. Drop off and design may occur at different times within a 12 hour period. 
  8. I grant Praise Pumpkins permission to leave a sign in the yard of the customer.
  9. Pumpkins are natural and perishable - their beauty is seasonal and freshness varies with time and weather.
